TTG Travel Experience 2026 was a time of meetings, listening and new perspectives for Asia Viva Travel. From October 14 to 16, Linda and Anna represented our team at the Rimini fair, welcoming clients, partners and new contacts at Pavilion A7, stand 523, in THE WORLD area.
This was our second time at TTG Travel Experience, and the excitement felt just as fresh as the first. Walking into the fair, seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones, we felt the same joy and anticipation as we did the very first time. Three days to meet again in person, get to know new professionals and share travel ideas for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. We came back from Rimini with conversations to continue and projects to explore, along with the satisfaction of putting faces to the relationships we build every day from Asia.

TTG Travel Experience 2026: a meeting point for tourism
TTG Travel Experience is Italy’s leading event for promoting world tourism, bringing together travel agencies, tour operators, destinations and other key players in the industry.
For Asia Viva Travel, taking part means meeting the Italian market directly and talking with the people who choose or offer our destinations. Behind every request there are expectations to understand: the wish to discover local culture, the time available, the level of comfort and the way each person wants to experience the trip. The fair gave us the chance to listen to these needs and explain how we work to turn them into an itinerary.
Linda and Anna, from Asia to Rimini
Asia Viva Travel was represented by Linda – Sales and Marketing Director, and Anna – Sales Team Leader for the Italian market. Linda led the meetings focused on business relationships and partnership opportunities. Anna brought her experience of talking every day with Italian travelers and preparing tailor-made proposals.
Their presence brought together two sides of our work: building relationships with partners and understanding the needs of those who will travel. Meeting in person makes it possible to ask questions, clarify an idea and get to know the people who will follow the project.

Brochures, questions and ideas to build new projects in Southeast Asia
At stand 523, new ideas for Southeast Asia
Our stand at PAV. A7, STAND 523, THE WORLD was a place for conversation and welcome. We were delighted to see clients and partners again, and to meet new contacts interested in the destinations where we work. The conversations opened up new opportunities for collaboration in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand, from single-country trips to combined itineraries.
For us, sharing these possibilities also means helping people choose. The length of the trip, the connections and the pace of visits must match the interests of the travelers. A tailor-made itinerary takes shape through this exchange, even before hotels and activities are selected.

Conversations about destinations and travel possibilities.
A local partner for agencies, a team close to travelers
Based in Hanoi, Asia Viva Travel organizes private, tailor-made trips and coordinates the work of guides, drivers, accommodations and partners in each destination. For agencies and tour operators, this means being able to discuss the program with a local contact: reviewing stops and services, clarifying clients’ needs and comparing alternatives before finalizing the proposal.

Some connections are best made in person, not online
For travelers, it means getting to know a team that listens to their preferences and turns them into concrete choices. Traveling with children, spending more time in nature or balancing culture and rest all call for different programs. At TTG Travel Experience 2026, we shared this approach with everyone who came to see us. Trust is also built this way: through clear information, familiar faces and attention to every question.
Thank you for the meetings: the conversation continues
Thank you to all the clients, partners and professionals who visited our stand. We truly appreciated the time you gave to our meetings, your curiosity about our destinations and your willingness to imagine new projects together. Our participation in Rimini continues our dialogue with European markets, following Asia Viva Travel’s meetings at IFTM Top Resa 2026 in Paris.

Three days, many new stories, and memories we’ll carry back to Asia
Coming back to Rimini for a second year, our hearts were just as full as the first time: the same excitement, the same happiness and the same gratitude for every person who stopped by. Now we continue our work from Asia, following up on the conversations started at the fair. If you represent an agency, tell us which programs you would like to develop for your clients. If you are planning a vacation, share your dates, who is traveling and your interests: our team can help you build your trip.
From Hanoi to Rimini, thank you for sharing ideas, meetings and new possibilities with us.

We head home to Vietnam with hearts full of hope and new opportunities ahead
