Getting to Kampot is easy with multiple routes available, whether traveling domestically within Cambodia or from international locations.
With the climate divided into two distinct seasons, the dry season and the rainy season with an average temperature of about 26 degrees Celsius, it is quite cool, but with its geographical location in the tropical monsoon climate, during the day, especially in the dry season, it will feel quite hot.
Specifically, the dry season starts: from December and ends to May whileand the rainy season is from: June to- November.
The most suitable time to travel to Kampot is also the peak season, from December to February, the climate is wonderfully warm in Kampot. This is also the season when Kampot is most beautiful, with little rain and extremely fresh air. Suitable for exploration and sightseeing activities.
